This collection revolves around the concept of transience and the feeling of temporal impermanence that characterizes contemporary times. The concept of temporality is juxtaposed with universally significant semantic objects, such as sculptures from the periods of Greek classicism and Italian neoclassicism. Despite these objects being viewed as timeless bearers of the typical values of their historical periods, today we lose the sense of temporal durability that once characterized them, both materially and semantically. What remains of the values that moved the mythological figures of the past? What remains for us today to learn from and share? What remains is an idea of beauty, also ephemeral, capable of showing itself for a fleeting moment and dissolving in the next, without being able to perpetuate those values that allowed its origin.
