I want to tell u a little more about myself through this new series of works. these are important things that I have experienced and that will stay with me forever.

u can fail. it's okay. the opinions of others will soon stop cutting you. look into yourself. most important thing there.

I learned a lot of useful things from the psychotherapy sessions. for example, a fat list of my psychotraumas, some of which I was able to work through quite well, and some of which I was able to leave in a mess - but with images, because I was able to get and look at them.

frustration -was strong and destructive until I realized that this was the bottom from which I could push off. at some point it even turned into a trampoline. but you can't go far on such fuel. all the time it throws back.
